Chalkboard Designs
INTRO
There are many bars in town - and I happened to have been approached one day by the owners of Stagecoach Tavern in Overland Park, KS towards the creation of multiple chalk murals for their tavern.
They feature a wide array of beers on tap along with a more "country feel" towards the atmosphere & the food selection.
All local designs made for a local experience.
Concept
Their Daily Specials, such as their popular Taco Tuesday & Country Fried Thursday, were a few of the options the owners wished to have featured within the design. Another was their event space titled The Drifthouse, that hosts watch parties, wedding occasions, business meetings and much more! We worked together to create three different designs to communicate this to their customers.
Stagecoach Tavern wanted to prioritize the Specials they had available. All of the designs that were painted carried a wide array of graphics that communicated the deals they had going on.
Result
You were not short on options when it came to Stagecoach Tavern. It was important to visually show all that the had available on the Daily - so a whole section of the wall was dedicated to all the specials that are available. The owners wanted everything sectioned off, much like how one would read a menu. Everything on the design moves together in a circular form around the Daily Specials title in the center.
